Illustration can be a creative way of showing ideas or representing an image in a more creative way. A well designed set of illustrations can stand out, giving more use of colours and techniques. Illustrations can be very different from a simple set of pictograms for easy reference through to a more abstract eye-catching piece of artwork that will be the focal point of the design.
